Getaway! Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1. The promoter of this trade promotion giveaway (“Promotion”) is Amore Tours. ABN 67 680 413 405 located in Queensland Australia.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Entry is open to all residents of Australia (Excluding ACT) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate.

2.2. Participants must comply with all entry instructions to be eligible.

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The Promotion commences at 8 PM AEST on the 8th of September 2024 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on the 10th of November 2024.

4. Prize Details

4.1. The prize (“Prize”) consists of:

– Flights for two (2) people to the Gold Coast, from any major city in Australia.

– 2 Night stay with breakfast at the Sheraton Gand Mirage Gold Coast.

- 1 Hour Jetcar Experience.

– An opportunity to experience Australia’s first Limited Edition Fiat 500 Boats. 2 Hour Sunset Skippered Tour.

4.2. The Prize is valued over $4.999 AUD.

4.3. The Prize does not include any additional expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to travel insurance, meals, transfers, spending money, taxes, or any other ancillary costs.

5. Prize Draw and Notification

5.1. The Prize winner will be drawn randomly on the 11th of November 2024.

5.2. The winner will be published on the Promoter’s social media platforms,

within two (2) business days of the draw.

6. Entry Conditions

6.1. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge.

7. General Conditions

7.1. The Promoter must conduct the Promotion in accordance with the each states regulations

7.2. The Promoter must clearly state all terms and conditions, including the permit number (if applicable), Promotion period, draw date, method of determining winners, notification process, and any prize restrictions on all promotional material.

7.3. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

7.4. The Prize must be awarded as described in these Terms and Conditions.

7.5. In the event of a dispute, complaint, or investigation regarding the Promotion, the Promoter must demonstrate compliance with these conditions to the applicable regulatory body.
